Revision record / correction and consent route
Corrections stay visible.
Challenge a specific claim with a trace. The record changes by visible diff, while superseded text remains in history and named-community claims are marked disputed during review.
Correction trail / published role address
From challenge to record.
This is a private contact route, not an open submission form or public accusation queue.

Send the answer URL, challenged claim, and supporting source to the published role address. The same address accepts consent, privacy, and takedown requests. Receipt does not promise publication or a particular review outcome.
Log state / checked 2026-07-18
No published correction entries.
This dated empty state does not claim the corpus is perfect or complete. A submitted challenge appears here only after review produces a material public revision; private queue contents remain private.
Revision policy / durable history
What a correction changes.
- Challenge opened
- A claim involving a named community or person drops to disputed while it is reviewed.
- Correction accepted
- The current text changes with a dated reason and evidence trace; material changes enter this log.
- Claim superseded
- The prior value remains in revision history rather than disappearing into a silent rewrite.
- Request rejected
- The public record does not expose private queue contents, reviewer notes, or unsafe submitted material.
- Review unavailable
- The queue pauses. Nothing auto-approves and no public draft URL is created.
