Claim superseded: The prior value remains in revision history rather than disappearing into a silent rewrite.
Request rejected: The public record does not expose private queue contents, reviewer notes, or unsafe submitted material.
Review unavailable: The queue pauses. Nothing auto-approves and no public draft URL is created.
